I am a PhD candidate and National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow in the Energy and Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley. I research the political economy of critical minerals in clean energy transitions, with a focus on China and the United States. I also conduct related research with the Climate Policy Lab in The Fletcher School at Tufts University and the Klinger Lab at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
